terrified...

Just before Chrismas I have been so generous giving temporarily shelter to an homeless person but now I'm pure and totally terrified.... That man ... last sunday he asked the police to come because I wanted so deeply him to leave my property that I started to throw out his belongings...

. Bad surprise: he has the French law at his side. In wintertime (1 november until 1 april: treve hivernale) he has all protection to stay at my property and even after that periode. I have to start legal expulsion proceedings that could possibly take until 3 years before it even comes to an expulsion order...all that time he has the right to stay -free of all charges- and for myself I risk 3 years prison and be fined at 30.000 euros if I throw him out by myself.. That man act glorious now and is doing everything to provoke. He's keeping big boucher's knifes with him, this week he also tried to frighten me by driving his car at my back on my proper road at my property. he is coming out of that shelter when I come out of my house, he's staring, stalking... he seems to be a serious case of psychiatry or what could it be else that somebody act like he does to me. Shall it be written on my gravestone "she died by being too gently" ??? I've have been never afraid in my whole life, but at this very moment I'm really really terrified.... I really fear the worst ... .

result of kind-heartedness

I am always so stupid to bring myself in troubles:
Since more than a month now I gave just temporarily shelter (and also best recovering food etc etc ) to a so called poor and homeless person, but he gave me only troubles and even don't want to leave my property... his reason: he has no income and no home to go... shit shit shit I've been hoaxed!!!
